“Hardships often prepare ordinary people for extraordinary destiny” - C.S Lewis
The above lines might just be the quote for someone, but for me, it is that ray of hope which
changed my entire outlook towards life and the paved a successful and glorious career for me.
The school was quite glorious for me. I was a meritorious student as well as highly active in
the co-curricular and the sports activities. I was always the topper of the class, a phenomenal
orator- everyone used to say that- and an outstanding athlete and sports person. I have
always been the one hell of a student at the school. My teachers had good faith in me and my
friends really applauded me. Even I was quite confident that I was going to do something big
in my life. I was quite sure that my life after the school would more or less the same. But it
didn’t turn out in that way. The things started crumbling right after the school. I didn’t get into
any of the premier or the reputed institutes for undergraduate. I had no choice but to settle for
a government-funded institute of a state university. Nevertheless, I thought I would be able to
turn it around from in here but even that didn’t happen. I didn’t get the branch of my choice
and had to go with the second option. I wasn’t finding it interesting anymore. I wasn’t planning
to do the post graduation and I wasn’t preparing to crack the exams like GATE or IES.
Sometimes I would feel like that I have reached the dead end and there is no more road to
travel. Life began to feel very complicated and aimless. In that moment of despair and
agony, a friend suggested me to give GRE. I shrugged her off at the moment as I have had
grown some serious doubts about my capability by then.

The same day in the evening, I don’t know why, but I decided to just research about GRE and
understand what it is, how it can help, me et cetera. I am glad that I did that. It gave my
aimless life the ultimate motive. I could see the solution to all my problems. I had got the
means to turn around my life for once again. I researched about the exam thoroughly.

GRE or graduate record exam comprises three portions- verbal reasoning, quantitative
reasoning and analytical writing. The exam is computer-based and adaptive i.e. the next
question will depend on your previous answer. The duration of the exam is a little less than
the 4 hours and its score is valid for up to 5 years. I made my mind that cracking this exam
would be my only priority right now.

The next thing that I needed was a good centre that could help me with
GRE coaching and counselling in Pune. of all the options I had, IMFS was the aptest.
Their past record is stupendous and they enjoy a good an positive reputation among the
students. They were also the best GRE coaching in Pune. So, I thought no more and took
the admission into their classroom program. Under the guidance of their highly experienced
teacher, I was able to crack the exam in my first attempt. I even got the admission into the
college of my choice.

The good old days were back. I had my entire future laid out on front of me. I don’t think that
any of it would have been possible without IMFS. I would recommend anyone who is
preparing for GRE to atlast visit www.imfs.co.in at least once before going to someone else.
